We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in structural civil engineering, casting, site execution, and quality control. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, and coordinating with project teams for seamless execution.

• Execute and supervise RCC structural works, foundations, and steel structures.
• Oversee all casting operations, including concrete pouring, formwork, shuttering, and reinforcement placement.
• Review architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with IS codes and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project progress.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, documentation, and material usage records.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote safe work practices on site.
• Support in material planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Assist with technical evaluations, structural assessments, and design reviews when required.

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering and RCC construction techniques.
• Expertise in casting, concreting, reinforcement, and shuttering procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Office, and other civil engineering tools.
• Good understanding of IS codes, construction standards, and quality protocols.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.

• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or turnkey projects.
• Exposure to project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera (preferred).
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and site safety norms.
