Job Summary:
Reidius Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and skilled Site Civil Engineer who is proficient in both structural and finishing works of civil construction. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality monitoring at every stage of construction, contractor and vendor billing verification, and overall coordination at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site construction activities.
- Ensure structural work and finishing work are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of construction to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff for smooth project execution.
- Verify and process contractor and vendor billing, ensuring accuracy as per completed work.
- Monitor site progress, materials, manpower, and timelines.
- Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and quality records.
- Support project management consultation activities related to civil construction.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction best practices.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in civil construction, structural works, and finishing works.
- Practical exposure to contractor and vendor billing processes and verification.
- Excellent managerial and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and teams efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed college or university.
Experience:
- 2 3 Years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Project Management Consultation (PMC) projects will be preferred.
- Ability to handle site execution independently with strong leadership skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
