Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Network Security Trainer with strong expertise in enterprise networking and next-generation firewall technologies.
The ideal candidate should have experience delivering practical, job-oriented training to students and working professionals and must possess exposure to real enterprise deployment environments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver instructor-led training on enterprise networking and security technologies including:
- CCNA
- CCNP Enterprise
- CCNP Security
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions based on real-world enterprise network scenarios.
- Train learners on firewall implementation, policy configuration, VPN deployment, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
- Mentor students and professionals for interview readiness and career progression.
- Develop and maintain training content including lab guides, case studies, assessments, and mock interview frameworks.
- Monitor student performance and ensure high learning engagement and outcomes.
Mandatory Technical Skills- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching
- OSPF
- BGP
- VLAN
- STP
- NAT
- ACL
- FHRP
- Strong understanding of Network Security Concepts
- IPSec VPN
- SSL VPN
- Authentication & Authorization (AAA)
- Network Segmentation
- Enterprise Security Architecture
- Mandatory Hands-on Experience in BOTH Firewalls:
- Palo Alto Policy management, NAT, Security Profiles, App-ID, VPN configuration, troubleshooting
- Fortigate Firewall policies, UTM features, VPN deployment, High Availability configuration, troubleshooting
- Exposure to Cisco ASA / Firepower will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience working in live enterprise / SOC / NOC environments is compulsory.
- Practical familiarity with EVE-NG / GNS3 / Physical Lab setups.
Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 3 Years of experience in Technical Training and Professional Coaching
- Certifications are not mandatory; however, strong practical implementation knowledge is essential
- Must be an Immediate Joiner
- Must be willing to relocate to Gurugram
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
