Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Network Security Trainer with strong exposure to real enterprise environments. The

candidate must be capable of delivering job-oriented practical training in networking and firewall technologies

and mentoring students / professionals for industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1 Deliver instructor-led training on CCNA, CCNP Enterprise and CCNP Security.

Conduct real-world lab-based training using enterprise network scenarios.

Train learners on firewall deployment, policy design, VPN configuration and troubleshooting.

Mentor students for interview preparation and career readiness.

5

Create lab manuals, assignments and mock interview sessions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

1 Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, NAT, ACL, FHRP).

Strong understanding of Network Security (IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, AAA, Segmentation).

Hands-on experience in BOTH Palo Alto and Fortigate Firewalls is Mandatory.

Exposure to Cisco ASA / Firepower is an added advantage.

Experience in live enterprise / SOC / NOC environments is compulsory.

Comfortable with EVE-NG / GNS3 / Physical lab setups.

Mandatory Hiring Criteria

1 Minimum 3 Years Experience in Training & Professional Coaching.

Certifications are NOT mandatory strong practical knowledge required.

Must be Ready to Relocate to Gurugram.
