We are an online media company creating high-quality digital content across platforms. Our work blends storytelling with technology, and we are looking for a Cinematographer who can independently handle shoots, take creative ownership, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Role & Responsibilities

*Plan, set up, and execute video shoots independently as per project requirements

*Handle camera setup, lighting, audio, and overall shoot execution

*Take complete ownership of on-ground shoots and manage end-to-end production needs

*Collaborate with internal teams to understand content goals and visual requirements

*Bring in creative ideas, visual concepts, and innovative approaches for shoots

*Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand and content standards

*Work hands-on with modern gadgets, cameras, accessories, and tech-based equipment

*Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and adapt quickly on-site

Required Skills & Experience

*Proven experience as a Cinematographer, preferably in an online media or tech-based company

*Strong hands-on experience with cameras, lighting setups, audio equipment, and accessories

*Comfortable working with gadgets, new technology, and tech-driven environments

*Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead shoots confidently

*Creative mindset with a strong eye for framing, lighting, and composition

*Ability to perform well in fast-paced, on-site production environments

Preferred Qualifications

*Prior experience working with a tech-focused or digital-first company

*Understanding of digital content formats (YouTube, social media, web platforms)

*Basic knowledge of post-production workflows is a plus
