Key Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Independently manage shoots using mobile phones (experience with tech-based content is a plus)

Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short videos aligned with brand requirements

Handle lighting, framing, and basic audio setup for short-form shoots

Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and trend awareness

Design and integrate graphics, motion elements, and visual effects into videos

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute content ideas

Ensure timely delivery of content in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience creating short-form content (Reels & Shorts)

Expertise in shooting with mobile phones (experience with tech content is an advantage)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Strong skills in video editing and graphic design (both are integral to this role)

Solid understanding of camera handling, lighting, and framing

Ability to manage end-to-end content production independently

Strong visual storytelling skills and creative mindset

Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, content-focused environment

Preferred

Experience creating content for brands, especially in the tech or gadget space

Strong understanding of social media trends, transitions, formats, and viral content styles

Self-driven individuals who can take ownership of projects and contribute new creative ideas
