Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement state-wide technical operations strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and workforce planning for technical personnel and equipment.
• Define performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Technical Equipment Management

• Ensure optimal deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of technical equipment across all locations.
• Oversee procurement, installation, commissioning, and vendor management.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Track equipment performance and manage upgrades or replacements as needed.

Manpower Management

• Lead recruitment, training, and development programs for technical personnel.
• Establish workforce planning and skill distribution strategies across the state.
• Implement performance management systems, career development plans, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.

Operations Excellence

• Monitor SLA adherence and ensure service quality across all locations.
• Optimize resource utilization and standardize processes and best practices across districts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex technical or operational issues.

Stakeholder Management

• Interface with senior leadership, government authorities, key customers, and technology partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Quality.
• Represent the organization at industry forums and technical committees.
