Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – With Investment / Investor Network Advantage

Location: Remote / Hybrid (India Preferred)

Commitment: Full-Time

Hire4Consult is on a mission to redefine the way professionals work. We're building a first-of-its-kind time-slot-based consulting marketplace where skilled professionals can work multiple consulting jobs legally, and companies can hire top talent in dedicated time blocks — with trust, structure, and flexibility.

We are backed by strong early traction, a live MVP, 300+ consultants, 25+ companies onboarded, and growing interest from investors.

What You'll Own:

As CSO, you will lead the entire B2B revenue engine — from go-to-market strategy to enterprise partnerships, while opening doors to investment networks where possible.

  • Drive sales strategy, team-building, and GTM execution
  • Create and close partnerships with SMBs, startups, and mid-market employers
  • Expand presence in India, UAE, and early international markets
  • Work with the CEO on enterprise outreach and global growth plans
  • Explore and introduce strategic investors from your network (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Support and scale employer acquisition channels (inbound/outbound/partner-led)
  • Build the early sales playbook for scale

What We're Looking For:

  • 8–15 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or consulting platforms
  • Proven record of closing enterprise or institutional clients
  • Strong relationships with CXOs, VCs, or hiring decision-makers
  • Experience in sales team leadership and GTM setup
  • Bonus: Prior startup or founding team experience
  • Optional: Angel investor or willing to invest in the business (not mandatory but preferred)
