About the Role:
The Chief People Officer (CPO) will be responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy and aligning people initiatives with the company's business objectives. This role will play a critical part in building a high-performance culture, especially within a fast-growing cybersecurity/security organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Build and nurture a strong organizational culture focused on performance, innovation, and accountability
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits frameworks
- Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and leadership programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and industry standards
- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth, restructuring, and transformation initiatives
- Implement HR analytics and data-driven decision-making processes
- Manage diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CPO, CHRO, or senior HR leader
- Strong understanding of HR practices in the security/cybersecurity or tech industry
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams in a high-growth environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Experience in change management and organizational development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role

- Experience in cybersecurity or security services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HR tech tools and systems
