Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Construction

Travel: Extensive travel across Pan India project sites
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced COO - Construction to lead and oversee end-to-end construction operations for large-scale luxury township developments. The role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong execution capabilities across multiple sites nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
. Strategic Leadership:
. Drive overall construction strategy aligned with business objectives.
. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of luxury township projects across India.
. Project Execution & Delivery:
. Ensure timely delivery of projects with highest quality standards.
. Oversee multiple ongoing construction sites and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
. Operational Excellence:
. Implement best practices in construction management, procurement, and cost optimization.
. Establish SOPs, systems, and processes for efficient project execution.
. Stakeholder Management:
. Collaborate closely with promoters, senior leadership, architects, consultants, and contractors.
. Manage relationships with vendors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
. Financial Oversight:
. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial planning.
. Ensure profitability and efficient utilization of resources.
. Team Leadership:
. Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across locations.
. Mentor senior project managers and functional heads.
. Quality & Compliance:
. Ensure adherence to luxury construction standards and brand benchmarks.
. Maintain strict compliance with safety norms, legal regulations, and environmental standards.
. Travel & Site Monitoring:
. Regular travel across Pan India sites for project reviews, audits, and progress tracking.
Key Requirements:
. Proven experience in handling multi-location project execution.
. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
. Expertise in project planning, budgeting, contracts, and vendor management.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Profile:
. Experience working with reputed real estate developers or luxury brands.
. Exposure to high-end residential, villas, or integrated township developments.
. Strong understanding of modern construction technologies and project management tools.
