Role Description

Xpress Health is seeking a Chief of Staff for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the leadership team to oversee strategic initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and support cross-departmental collaboration. Key responsibilities include managing projects, facilitating communication across teams, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and assisting in the development of organizational strategies. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that company goals align with business priorities and are executed effectively. Additionally, this role involves supporting process improvements, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring operations are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational management skills for overseeing initiatives and managing project execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams and guide decision-making processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement to evaluate performance metrics and drive informed decisions.

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
