Chief of Staff

This is a full-time on-site role based out of Bengaluru for the position of Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will play a key role in supporting executive leadership, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing strategic initiatives, analyzing operational processes for optimization, coordinating interdepartmental projects, and providing guidance on decision-making. The Chief of Staff will engage in prioritizing key tasks and ensuring efficient execution of company objectives.

• Strategic Planning, Organizational Leadership, and Effective Decision-Making skills
• Project Coordination, Process Optimization, and Task Management experience
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Presentations
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Proven leadership or management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in the food or hospitality industry is an advantage
