Chief of Staff

Job Location: Gurugram, HR - Onsite

Overview: -

The Chief of Staff is a strategic and execution partner to the CEO, responsible for driving business priorities, ensuring organizational alignment, and strengthening governance. This role combines strategy, analytics, and operations to accelerate growth while maintaining strong risk and compliance discipline in a financial services environment. The Chief of Staff will drive the Company's most critical priorities, ensure cross-functional alignment, and translate strategy into action. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can operate seamlessly across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. CEO Office Management

  • Manage the CEO's office including priorities, communications, meeting cadence.
  • Manage follow-ups on key initiatives and leadership decisions
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

2. Strategy & Execution

  • Translate CEO priorities into actionable plans and drive execution
  • Track key business metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery

3. Business Performance & Governance

  • Drive monthly/quarterly business reviews and performance tracking.
  • Build and manage MIS dashboards for leadership and board reporting
  • Ensure alignment with budgets, forecasts, and business targets. Identify variances and drive corrective action plans.

4. Organizational and Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance and other functions. Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception through execution.
  • Lead productivity enhancement programs. Resolve execution bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support transformation initiatives (digital, process, customer experience)
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on US growth priorities
  • Champion employee alignment to US client expectations culture, communication, and working styles
  • Oversight on Go-to-Market initiatives for the US market, working cross-functionally to ensure on-ground delivery.
  • Identify organizational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities and drive solutions proactively.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA finance with over 15 years of experience in Financial Services (Banking / NBFC / Wealth / FinTech)
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of financials, risk, and regulatory environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
