Are you passionate about data-driven strategies and excited to make a real impact in the Agriculture industry Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Business Analytics to join their team and drive growth in the Crop Protection or Specialty Nutrients division.
About the Role:
The Manager Business Analytics will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing data strategies that align with business goals. The position requires someone who can leverage data analysis to uncover growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven strategies to support business growth in Crop Protection or Specialty Nutrients.
- Conduct data crunching & analytics to identify new geographies, crop segments, pricing strategies, and evaluate operational efficiencies.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to drive actionable insights and track KPIs for improved revenues and profitability.
- Work closely with senior leaders on identifying new opportunities for licensing and expanding product reach.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance while recommending strategies for business improvements.
- Lead training sessions to foster data literacy within the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Agri. or allied sciences or MBA (ABM).
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related roles in the agri-input sector.
- Proficiency with basic analytics tools (Excel, data mining).
- Strong ability to derive insights from complex data and present them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of business processes, market trends, and competitive landscapes in Crop Protection or Specialty Nutrients.
- Exposure to products in Agri-inputs such as seeds, biologicals, or similar.
Good-to-Have:
- Certification in business analytics or data analysis.
- Experience in establishing KPIs, evaluating strategies, and improving business outcomes.
- Experience in data literacy training to enhance team proficiency.
