Job Title: Chief Manager Digital Partnership

Job Description:

Position Overview

The role is responsible for driving digitally enabled end-to-end business ownership across sourcing, servicing, and growth within assigned verticals. The incumbent will manage strategic partnerships in FinTech, Online Travel Aggregators (OTAs) with a strong focus on insurance and allied products including Motor, Travel, Extended Warranty, and Accident & Health.

As a Key Account Manager, the position will own revenue delivery through mapped partnerships while ensuring business hygiene, data-led decision-making, and strong product–market alignment. The role requires close collaboration with internal business development teams and external partners to unlock incremental growth opportunities and deepen existing relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Digital Business Ownership
  • Manage the full lifecycle of business—from sourcing to servicing—through digital-first partnerships and platforms.
  • Vertical & Segment Focus
  • Drive business outcomes across FinTech, Online Travel Aggregators, and E-Commerce ecosystems.
  • Product Portfolio Management
  • Lead growth for core products including Motor, Travel, Extended Warranty, and Accident & Health insurance.
  • Key Account Management
  • Own and deliver business targets through mapped strategic partnerships.
  • Business Performance & Analytics
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for incremental business, cross-sell, and scale.
  • Business Hygiene & Governance
  • Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, data accuracy, and overall partnership health.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions
  • Understand partner and end-customer requirements to ensure strong product-market fit and customized solutions.
  • Business Development & Expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partnerships and collaborate closely with the Business Development team to convert them into revenue

Required Expertise & Experience

  • Proven experience in digital partner relationship management, with the ability to build, scale, and sustain strategic alliances
  • Strong understanding of General Insurance (GI) products, preferably across Motor, Travel, Accident & Health, and related lines
  • Demonstrated experience in technology integrations, including working with APIs, platforms, and digital ecosystems
  • Advanced data analytics capability with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights
  • Prior experience in digital sales or digital business development will be highly preferred
  • An educational qualification from a Tier 1 institution is preferred
