Role Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving financial excellence, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization's growth trajectory. With the company preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), the CFO will play a pivotal role in managing the entire IPO process, investor relations, and fundraising initiatives, while strengthening financial operations across all units.
Key Responsibilities
IPO & Fundraising
Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and review prospectus, financial models, and disclosures in compliance with SEBI and other regulatory frameworks.
Manage equity fundraising, private placements, and term sheet negotiations.
Build strong investor relations, ensuring transparent communication and compliance with listing requirements.
Financial Strategy & Operations
Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.
Implement robust MIS and KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and healthcare industry regulations.
Compliance & Governance
Establish and monitor internal controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Liaise with statutory auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Present financial insights and risk assessments to the Board of Directors.
Technology & Process Optimization
Drive ERP/SAP implementation and leverage financial technologies for automation.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Ensure discipline in reporting and timely completion of financial deliverables.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred;
15+ years in finance leadership roles.
Proven track record in IPO execution, fundraising, and investor relations.
Strong exposure to healthcare/hospital industry preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in financial reporting, due diligence, and fund management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
