Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Founder & CEO

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – flexible hours)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: 75,000 per month

Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial planning, cash flow management, profitability improvement, and financial systems for a growing hospitality group operating banquets, catering services, and restaurant brands.

This role requires a strong operational finance mindset with a focus on business performance, unit economics, and growth support, rather than a purely accounting or compliance-oriented approach. The CFO will work closely with the Founder & CEO as a financial partner in driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Business Planning

• Drive overall financial strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide actionable insights to support management decision-making

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital across businesses
• Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor cycles to maintain financial discipline
• Ensure efficient utilization of funds across verticals

Profitability & Unit Economics

• Track and analyze unit-level economics and profitability across banquets, catering, and restaurants
• Identify cost leakages and margin improvement opportunities
• Support pricing, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives

MIS & Reporting

• Build and strengthen MIS and performance reporting systems
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and dashboards for leadership
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance across locations

Expansion, Capex & Growth Support

• Support expansion plans including new locations, banquets, and formats
• Evaluate capex proposals, lease viability, ROI, and payback periods
• Assist leadership in growth-related financial decisions

Banking, Investors & Compliance

• Manage banking relationships and financial operations
• Support investor interactions and fundraising activities as required
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance standards

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage finance and accounts teams
• Ensure timely closing of books and accuracy of financial records
• Drive process improvements and financial discipline across the organization

Candidate Profile

• 12–18 years of experience in finance leadership roles
• Prior experience in Hospitality, QSR, Retail, or multi-location consumer businesses preferred
• Strong expertise in cash flow management, business finance, MIS, and operational finance
• Exposure to growth-stage or investor-backed companies is an advantage
• CA / MBA (Finance) preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate
