Role Description
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee and lead the financial operations of NeXHS Renewables Pvt Ltd. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves managing financial planning, analyzing and interpreting financial data, creating and overseeing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance. The CFO will work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive strategic financial initiatives, monitor company performance, and optimize financial processes for long-term growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management to ensure sound decision-making and strategic growth.
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting functions.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess risk, streamline processes, and evaluate financial performance for the organization.
- Proven leadership and strategic vision, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the renewable energy or related industries is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are preferred.
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations and risk management practices.
