Manage risk assessment and implement effective internal controls.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
Develop strategies for cost optimisation and revenue growth in the electronics industry.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:

Professional qualification - qualified chartered accountant.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience post-qualification.
Expertise in the manufacturing industry and familiarity with its financial operations.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
