Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, ensuring strong fiscal management, and driving long-term sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO provides strategic direction on financial planning, risk management, investment decisions, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic decision-making
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and long-term growth initiatives
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial statements
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies
Risk & Compliance
- Establish robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance practices
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, tax laws, and audit standards
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
Investor & Stakeholder Relations
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions
- Lead fundraising, capital structuring, and M&A activities where applicable
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders
Operational Excellence
- Drive cost optimization and efficiency across business functions
- Leverage financial insights to improve profitability and operational performance

Team Leadership

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with prior CFO or senior finance experience
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic finance
- Proven experience in fundraising, M&A, or investor relations (preferred)
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and governance
