Job Role : Chief Financial Officer

Location : Gujarat

Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the organization's financial strategy, fundraising, compliance, and investor relations, with a strong focus on scaling renewable energy businesses including Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, and FDRE projects. This role demands extensive experience in corporate finance, project finance, and capital markets, along with exposure to IPO-readiness and global investor engagement. Our current order book is 700 MW in Solar Projects and 412.5 MW/1.2 GWh in BESS Projects. We are targeting 3 GW RE Projects and 5 GWh BESS Projects in the next 3 years.

Experience :

• 2025 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 57 years as Head of Finance / CFO in power, or renewable energy sector.
• Proven record in project finance, debt syndication, and large-scale financial structuring.
• Experience in IPO-readiness, listing process management, and investor relations with domestic/international institutions.
• Hands-on exposure to multi-SPV and multi-state project finance operations.

Educational Qualification : CA is mandatory. MBA (Finance) or LLB is an added advantage.

Preferred Background :

• Experience in Renewable Energy or Power sectors (IPP, EPC, or Utility-scale).
• Exposure to capital market transactions, IPO preparation, or post-listing financial governance.
• Familiarity with DISCOMs, RE policies, tenders, and power purchase agreements (PPA/APPC/RTM).
