The company boasts an extensive dealer network, serving the entire Chhattisgarh region, 18 districts in Odisha, and the Mahakoshal area of Madhya Pradesh. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), located in Raipur. The CFO will oversee the financial management of the organization, including strategic financial planning, preparation and analysis of financial statements, and monitoring financial performance. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, leading financial reporting efforts, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. The role also demands proactive leadership in managing financial risks and opportunities while supporting the organization's long-term growth objectives.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and expertise in developing long-term financial strategies
• Extensive knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to evaluate and communicate financial insights effectively
• Strong skills in Finance and Analytical Problem-Solving to assess performance and support business decisions
• Proven ability to lead financial operations, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in the automobile or distribution industry is an advantage
