Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our real estate
development and construction management company. The ideal candidate will bring
a deep understanding of design and architecture, along with extensive experience in
construction and project management. The CEO will be responsible for strategic
direction, overseeing project execution, managing budgets, and building strong
relationships with stakeholders. This role requires someone who can lead projects
from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance,
and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision:
o Develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and
profitability within the real estate and construction sectors.
o Define long-term goals and expansion strategies, aligned with market
trends and opportunities.
o Oversee project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring
alignment with company objectives and strategic vision.
2. Project Leadership, Quality Assurance, and Resource Management:
o Lead overall project strategy, with a focus on construction and project
management, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project
delivery.
o Implement rigorous quality assurance processes and metrics to
maintain high standards across all project phases.
o Manage budgets and resources effectively, overseeing cost estimates,
vendor negotiations, staffing, and raw material procurement to
optimize project efficiency and profitability.
3. Design and Architecture Oversight:
o Collaborate with design and architecture teams to ensure projects meet
aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.
o Guide design and architectural decisions that align with project goals,
client requirements, and market demands.
o Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging teams to
deliver unique, high-quality design solutions.
4. Financial & Profitability Management:
o Drive P&L management, aligning financial performance with strategic
objectives and operational goals.
o Approve project budgets, analyze costing, and optimize resource
allocation to maximize ROI.
o Oversee vendor and asset management, negotiating contracts and
managing raw material acquisition to maintain budget compliance.
5. Liaisoning & Regulatory Compliance:
o Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory
agencies, and other key stakeholders to facilitate project approvals,
permits, and licenses.
o Ensure full compliance with building codes, environmental standards,
and industry regulations.
o Develop and maintain productive relationships with regulatory bodies,
streamlining compliance processes and ensuring project transparency.
6. Sales, Market Positioning, and Stakeholder Communication:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen market presence
and drive revenue growth.
o Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including
clients, investors, and industry partners.
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external
stakeholders, ensuring transparent, proactive communication about
project progress, challenges, and achievements.
7. Construction and Project Management:
o Oversee all construction activities, ensuring project timelines, budgets,
and quality standards are consistently met.
o Develop and enforce project management processes and best practices
across the organization to drive operational excellence.
o Lead cross-functional teams in managing construction phases, from
pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring seamless
project delivery.
8. Team Development & Culture Building:
o Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of
accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
o Implement training initiatives and performance metrics to support team
growth and engagement.
o Promote a culture of operational excellence, quality, and continuous
improvement across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related
field; a Master's degree (MBA or relevant) is highly desirable.
• Experience: At least 15 years in senior leadership roles within the real estate,
construction, or architecture industry.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in design and architecture, construction
and project management, project costing, quality assurance, vendor
management, and P&L oversight.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle,
architectural principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams,
managing complex projects, and driving project success.
• Stakeholder Communication & Liaisoning: Excellent interpersonal and
negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with regulatory
bodies, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders
