Job Description

  • Drive overall business growth, profitability & market expansion across GT, MT, E-commerce, Exports & Institutional channels
  • Lead Pan India sales strategy, distribution expansion & revenue acceleration initiatives
  • Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts & execution roadmaps
  • Strengthen brand presence across retail, Q-commerce, food service & international markets
  • Lead pricing strategy, trade schemes, margins & channel profitability optimization
  • Build relationships with key distributors, retailers, MT partners & export clients
  • Drive business analytics, sales automation, DMS & performance tracking systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain & Production for business alignment
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships & expansion categories
  • Lead large cross-functional teams and build a high-performance commercial organization
  • Drive EBITDA improvement, working capital efficiency & sustainable growth
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and leadership-level business planning

A Successful Chief Business Officer Should Have

  • 18+ years of FMCG/Food industry experience with strong sales & business leadership exposure
  • Strong General Trade experience along with MT/E-commerce/Exports exposure
  • Proven track record of scaling FMCG brands/businesses nationally
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
  • Entrepreneurial, execution-driven leader comfortable in high-growth environments
  • Experience handling large teams and multi-channel operations
