Chief Business Officer (CBO) - (Based Anywhere in Globe)
Mumbai,Pune,Bangalore,USA,Europe,Middle East

We are looking for a high-impact Chief Business Officer
(CBO) to ioin us as a core member of our leadership
team. This is not a maintenance role-we're seeking a
true hunter with a strong international network and a
consistent track record of driving multimillion-dollar
revenues in product engineering, digital, or Al-led
technology services
This is a rare opportunity to co-build, scale,and shape a
global growth engine from the ground up
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end revenue growth across global markets
(US, Europe, Middle East GCC, etc.)
• Leverage your existing network to open doors and close
hiah-value deals
• Own and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strateg)
from 0 --> 1 --> 10
• Build and expand strategic client relationships into
multi-million dollar accounts
• Lead complex deal cycles and negotiate mid-to-large
multi-year contracts
Collaborate closely with founders and delivery teams tc
align growth with execution
• Establish a scalable and predictable revenue pipeline

What We're Looking For in a Hustler:
‣ 10-15 years of experience in business development,
sales within IT services or IT Products
Proven success in selling $3M-$10M-+ annually
• Strong experience closing deals in the range of
$250K-$1M+
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts into long-term
high-value partnerships
• Background in agile services environments (100-500
employees) where individual ownership drives results
• A well-established international Rolodex and client
network
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build
execute, and scale from 0 to 100
