Job Title: Chief Architect (20+ Years Experience)

Location: Delhi NCR / Uttarakhand

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect to lead architectural design and project execution for large-scale institutional and infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing end-to-end design processes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design from concept to execution
  • Prepare and review master plans, design concepts, and detailed drawings
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
  • Handle government and statutory approvals
  • Review DPRs, BOQs, and tender documentation
  • Guide internal design teams and ensure quality control

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
  • Registration with Council of Architecture (CoA) mandatory
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in architectural consultancy
  • Experience in institutional / educational / large-scale projects preferred
  • Experience in government / PSU projects is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong design leadership
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination
  • Knowledge of CPWD norms, NBC, and tender processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

Compensation:

  • As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)
