Choose 1 area of your speciality( either out of interest or if you are already a qualified specialist) for minimum of 1 year. 3. Volunteer for our clinical services and various projects.* 4. Nursing staff can join us for training as well as full time jobs for a minimum of 1 year. 5. The period of commitment is supposed to be same for other technical staff(Lab techs, Attendants, Field workers). (* You will be paid for voluntary services only after successfully completing 3 months)
