Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters
  • Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Drive and support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
  • Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and culture-building activities
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
  • Maintain HR data and generate insights to support decision-making
  • Promote company values and help foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and Good hands on experience on MS excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
  • Good understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, in the IT industry
