Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a High School Chemistry Teacher at The Narayana Group's Amritsar campus. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging chemistry lessons, fostering a conducive learning environment, and addressing the academic needs of students. The role also involves preparing lesson plans, integrating interdisciplinary concepts like physics where necessary, and effectively communicating complex ideas to students. Collaboration with other instructors and participation in school activities are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chemistry Education and understanding of interdisciplinary concepts, including Physics
• Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
• Excellent Communication and Teaching skills to convey concepts effectively and inspire students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field, with teaching credentials
• Prior experience in teaching at the high school level is preferred
• Passion for education and the ability to engage and motivate students
