Job Description

Take care of existing customers and maintain strong client relationships.
Generate new leads and business opportunities.
Support the Business Manager in all sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, sampling, and accompanying the technical team to customer sites.
Follow up on payment collections and ensure all accounts comply with agreed trading terms.
Report on sales progress versus plan and highlight any service issues on a monthly basis.
