Chemical Sales Executive

Sone India is seeking a highly motivated Chemical Sales Executive responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting and selling company products and services. This role also involves nurturing customer relationships and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating, Selling and coordinating with customers.
  • Care for existing client groups.
  • Active research and development of new customers.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and offer them right solutions.
  • Implementation of sales plans.
  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets with respect to call volume and sales.
  • Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
  • Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the company management.
  • Update the CRM System every day.
  • Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proven sales experience and track record.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Experience in the export/import industry is a plus.

Other Details:

  • Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
