We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and the ability to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards

Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and cost control

Supervise kitchen staff and assign daily duties

Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control

Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety and sanitation standards

Manage inventory, food storage, and ingredient freshness

Control food costs, minimize waste, and manage kitchen budgets

Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance

Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment

Coordinate with management for special events, banquets, and catering

Monitor customer feedback and make improvements

Ensure compliance with health regulations and licensing requirements
