Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important procurement data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to procurement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-12 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
