Team Leadership

• Ensure employee productivity and discipline

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
• Manage shipment schedules and delivery timelines
• Resolve logistics issues quickly

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety policies
• Ensure compliance with company and legal regulations
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments

Process Improvement

• Develop strategies to improve warehouse efficiency
• Implement automation and best practices
• Reduce operational costs

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare operational reports and KPIs
• Maintain accurate warehouse records
• Track performance metrics and budgets
