We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie - CONTINENTAL, INDIAN CUSINE AND BAKERY AND PASTRY to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a creative flair, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards.
- Manage a section of the kitchen and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist in menu planning and development, including daily specials.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor new kitchen staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume environment.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
