We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie - CONTINENTAL, INDIAN CUSINE AND BAKERY AND PASTRY to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a creative flair, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage a section of the kitchen and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, including daily specials.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Train and mentor new kitchen staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to food presentation and menu development.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
