Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chef role located in New Delhi. As a Chef at Crispy Chinese, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Italian, Chinese, and signature Khatti Roll dishes. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing the kitchen operations, supervising food preparation and plating, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. You will also work closely with the culinary team to innovate and create new recipes while ensuring timely delivery of all services. Collaboration with service staff to enhance the guest dining experience is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cooking Italian, Chinese, and fusion cuisines, including expertise in wok cooking and rolling specific dishes like Khatti Rolls.
• Ability to innovate and create new recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operation standards.
• Experience in team management, collaboration, and communication within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are critical.
• Formal culinary training or a diploma in culinary arts is an asset.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred.
