Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at EHV International. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. They will collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items, maintain food quality and presentation, manage kitchen staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The Sous Chef will also assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
