Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Conti Chef at Panda Food Bus, located in Rohini Sector 24 Delhi. The Conti Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of continental dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Daily responsibilities include planning and managing inventory, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards, training team members, and assisting in menu development to enhance the cafs offerings. Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service is crucial.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and presenting a variety of continental cuisine
• Strong attention to food quality, taste, and presentation
• Experience in menu development and recipe standardization
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks during busy service hours
• Experience in team management and training kitchen staff
• Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen or caf setting
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
