Job Description

Industry: Café / Restaurant

Location:Noida, Sector-141

Position 1: Commis I

Salary Budget: Up to 22,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation as per café standards and recipes
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations as per FSSAI norms
  • Handle basic cooking tasks independently
  • Assist in inventory handling and stock rotation
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a café or restaurant kitchen
  • Experience in Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Moghalai
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
