Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate chef with at least 1 year of experience in preparing authentic cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of regional dishes, spices, and cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (North, Mughlai, Tandoor, etc.)
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation
• Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef or Commis Chef
• Basic knowledge of spices and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary:

Salary will be based on the candidate's last drawn salary and experience
