Chat Support Executive (Fresher) who has good written communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a smooth support experience.
This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in customer service and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via live chat / messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate complex cases to the concerned team
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
- Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
- Record and update customer interactions in the system
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and support processes
- Coordinate with internal teams when required for issue resolution
Required Skills
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Ability to understand customer concerns and respond professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools is a plus
