Job Description

We are hiring for a passionate and high-potential professionals to join us as a Business Analyst, a role that sits at the core of our business growth journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership, directly influencing how revenue opportunities are shaped, executed, and scaled.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enabling opportunities from lead generation to successful deal closure and customer onboarding, gaining hands-on exposure to real business execution in a fast-growing technology organization.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are ambitious, analytical, and eager to build a strong foundation in revenue operations while thriving in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Sales Operation

  • Maintain and regularly update lead and opportunity trackers
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for sales demos, meetings, and customer interactions
  • Track deal stages, next steps, and closure timelines
  • Support proposal creation, documentation, and internal approval processes

Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, implementation, and operations teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Track pilot projects and customer onboarding progress
  • Identify and flag bottlenecks, delays, or risks in the sales and onboarding lifecycle
  • Ensure ownership and timely closure of all action items

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to capture and track customer feedback and requirements
  • Support leadership with structured updates on pipeline health and execution status
  • Act as a central coordination point to keep all stakeholders aligned

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly summaries and reports on pipeline movement, pilots, and key execution metrics
  • Highlight trends, issues, and improvement opportunities across deals and customers

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar roles; fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply
  • High energy, quick learner, and execution-focused
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, basic CRM tools, and collaboration platforms
