- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in real time
- Understand the issue and provide correct information or troubleshooting steps
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles
- Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) wherever possible
- Maintain a professional, polite, and solution-oriented tone
