We are seeking freshers/experienced candidates for the Chat Process (Night Shift) position in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers through chat, providing them with timely support and information regarding our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through chat to provide support and information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with using chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to handle multiple chats and prioritize tasks effectively.
