Role Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Process role. The candidate will handle customer queries through chat and mobile messaging channels while providing accurate, timely, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat and messaging channels

• Provide accurate solutions to customer issues

• Maintain excellent written communication and customer service standards

• Understand customer concerns and respond professionally

• Navigate multiple websites, systems, and tools efficiently

• Provide basic troubleshooting support

• Handle multiple chats/tasks while maintaining accuracy

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

Requirements

• Graduates only

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in international chat support or a similar customer support role

• Experience supporting chat or mobile messaging channels preferred

• Excellent English communication skills

• Typing speed: 45–50 WPM

• Quick navigation ability

• Web-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge

• Good multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Strong written communication and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to work according to process requirements
