Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chartered Accountant specializing in Regulatory and Compliance matters at Rera Solution Law Firm, located in Indore. The position involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and advising clients on taxation and financial strategies. The professional will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, managing filings and documentation, and advising on internal controls and governance frameworks. While primarily based in Indore, the role offers flexibility for partial remote work.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a CA Fresher to join our team at RERA Solution. This role offers excellent exposure in RERA compliance, financial analysis, and legal coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in RERA compliance & documentation
• Work on financial reports and data analysis
• Support audit and project costing tasks
• Coordinate with clients and internal legal team

Requirements:

• CA Fresher (Qualified / Appeared)
• Basic knowledge of Accounting & Taxation
• MS Excel skills
• Good communication skills

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks with a focus on tax laws, audits, and risk management
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and use of accounting software
• Skills in internal controls, governance, and implementation of compliance-related processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory
• Experience with real estate compliance or regulatory frameworks (RERA) is a significant advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards
