About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and high-performing CA Freshers who have completed their articleship in the Financial Services domain. The role offers an opportunity to work with leading banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset management firms, and other financial institutions across risk, internal audit, compliance, and advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, and Process Review assignments for financial services clients.
• Perform testing of controls, process walkthroughs, and documentation of observations.
• Analyze financial and operational processes to identify risks and control gaps.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Conduct research on regulatory guidelines, industry practices, and emerging risks.
• Interact with client stakeholders and support engagement teams in delivering high-quality assignments.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.
• Articleship experience in the Financial Services sector (Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Asset Management, Financial Institutions, etc.).
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, SOX, IFC, Regulatory Compliance, or Operational Risk assignments.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Interview Process

• Face-to-face interview from any Protiviti office is mandatory.
• Candidates should be willing to attend in-person assessment/interview rounds.

Experience

• CA Fresher (0-1 year)
