Should be a CA Fresher -

• Strong Statutory reporting, regulatory reporting background including leading audit coordination
• Strong Income Tax and GST compliance experience including litigations
• Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss Account/Balance Sheet for Management Reporting
• Finalization of quarterly/annual financial results with compliance of applicable accounting standards.
• Tax Audit
• Statutory Audit
• Finalization of accounts of companies (Ind AS, I GAAP, Partnership firm, Individuals)
• Ledger Scrutiny of all companies Accounts
• Handle all Tax related and statutory matters.
• Income tax Return Filing
• Co- ordination with Auditors
• Various annual submissions/returns to income tax
• Correspondence with the banks for our FB/NFB Facilities
• Submission of annual submission to the various Exchanges
• Ensuring internal control in place - Quarterly TDS Return filing
• Professional return filing
• Ensuring the compliance with income tax law viz TDS compliance
• Stock and receivable statement for submission to banks
• Attending income tax scrutiny matters with our CA tax consultant
• GST Matters/direct & indirect taxes - Preparing quarterly balance sheet for MIS reporting
• Advance tax calculations
• Interaction with our auditors
• Audit and compliance
• Training and supervising the work of other members of staff.
• Conversant in Tally ERP-9 - Handle all Tax related and statutory matters.
• Supervision in maintaining all accounting documentation
