CoKaCo is a startup fundraising support and financial services company located in Mumbai. We specialize in providing financial modeling, pitch deck presentations, fund advisory, and other financial, legal, and IT services to startups and SMEs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant at CoKaCo. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including investment banking activities like listing companies, M&A, fund raising, IR/PR activity, financial analysis, financial reporting, taxation, and advising on financial matters. The role will require close collaboration with clients and other teams within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, taxation, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience in working with startups and SMEs
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Chartered Accountant certification
• Additional certifications or qualifications related to finance or business would be beneficial
