Chartered Accountant

Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

We are seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant to go beyond routine accounting and step into a high-impact leadership role. This is an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to shape the financial direction of a growing organization.

Finance Ownership & Strategic Leadership

• Take complete ownership of accounting, MIS, reporting, and compliance.
• Act as a finance business partner to various departments, aligning financial planning with business strategy.
• Provide data-driven insights to the Director – Finance on business expansion and profitability.

Budgeting, MIS & Financial Planning

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Track actuals vs. budget, identify variances, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Build and refine MIS dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure end-to-end compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits while maintaining robust documentation.

ERP & Process Excellence

• Lead ERP implementation and optimization to drive automation and digitization.
• Establish financial governance frameworks and implement industry best practices.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and HR to streamline cross-functional workflows.

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong articleship and 3+ years of PQE.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on exposure to Income Tax, GST, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: High ownership mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Industry Preference: Experience in Construction, Logistics, Hospitality, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
